This sale is for 3 vintage Steiff Bambi deer, manufactured in the 1950s-1960s. They are 3 different sizes: to the top of the head (excluding the ears) they measure 8.5,\" 6,\" and 5.\" They are all made of velveteen with short clipped mohair tails and chest. The largest also has mohair inside the ears, while the smaller two have pink velveteen inside. The large one has the remnant of the blue and white cloth US ZONE tag from post WWII and a RSB in the ear. His orange colored eye detail is rubbed off. The mid sized Bambi has his ear tag 7414,0 and Raised Script Button. The smallest has no i.d. No paper chest tags. The smallest one has some velveteen rubbing at the top of his front legs, otherwise they are all in good condition with bright colors and no tears. See picture on pg. 196 of black SORTIMENT book.
