This genuine Extra Large Sterling Silver Bohlin Concho spent its last life as a saddle horn cap. I had thought it was from some chaps...thanks to a fellow er for helping out with the identification! I had my jeweler \"reassign\" it to become a magnificent Belt Buckle. If you take a look at all the pictures, you will notice one \"before\" picture where the Concho had thick wires to attach it to the saddle horn. The final picture shows the Belt Buckle as it is right now, set up for your belt of up to 1.6\" wide.
The California Poppy design and detailed etched patterns are typical of the amazing work that came out of the Bohlin shop so many decades ago. It is thick, heavy, and dramatic. If you are like me, when you see a Bohlin Buckle, you are used to seeing a rectangle. This is something special. I hope you like it!
