Regarding insurance- due to the recent rise in USPS insurance we are now using non-postal insurance. The price of this service will not be reflected on the label or the shipping confirmation. We use a bar-coded label with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION on every domestic package where at least $2.00 has been paid for shipping. This is not the same as TRACKING. It cannot tell us where the package is or when it will be delivered . It is only scanned ONCE when it is delivered. It is not scanned when we drop the packages off at the post office . The only TRACKABLE international mail is EXPRESS . If you require tracking you will have to request EXPRESS SHIPPING which begins at approximately $40.00 With first class or priority mail I will not be able to give you any info on your package once it has shipped. If you live somewhere with less-than-relilable mail service please consider express mail .
