The process is simple and relies primarily on 3 components:

Resin from which the dome is formed
UV light exposure unit
Your items that have been printed and cut out

Dispense the resin on the surface of the item, the resin spreads unit it reaches the cut edges forming a dome due to surface tension.
After uv curing the domed item for 30 minutes, your product is ready for use!
