Adrian Pearsall and manufactured by Prestige Furniture a division of Bassett furniture.
It is in very good condition with only a little wear on one of the ends of one arm on a chair.
Very clean, colors bright and not faded. There is no damage to the wood legs or arm trim.
Maybe a couple of light scuffs.
The sofa measures 88\" wide at arms x 27 1/2\" high at back x 27\" deep at seat.
The tall chair measures 40\" high at back x 32\" wide at arms x 21\" deep at seat.
The shorter chair measures 31\" high at back x 31 1/2\" wide at arms x 21\" deep at seat.
