4 Art Deco Royal Doulton SPRINGTIME - D4933 Seriesware square tea / side plates:

You are invited to offer on a lovely little set of 4 Royal Doulton \' SPRINGTIME - D4933 \' Seriesware tea / side plates. All four plates are slightly different but feature the same scene described as \' Old lady with twigs under left arm, cottage behind \' . The plates are square in shape and have a nice relief moulded section to each corner and pale green painted rims. A nice little set of decorative tea plates.

Condition:The plates are in very good used/ pre-owned condition and I can see no chips, nicks, cracks or hairlines. The plates do have fine clean glaze crazing & there is a tiny mark on the underside of 1 corner on 1 plate and a tiny manufacturing kiln stilt flaw on the side of the rim on another that are mentioned for accuracy.

Backstamp:On the base of all of the plates is the Royal Doulton printed brown lion backstamp with the handwritten pattern numbers D4933 and all 4 plates have impressed date codes for a date of manufacture for 1930.

Each plate is @13cms (@5 inches) square in diameter and Iestimate the parcel will weigh @1000g when packed.
