The Makers:Taylor & Hinsdale (New York, 1801-1829, according to the Canadian National gallery), displayed by the Minneapolis Art Institute, Metropolitan Museum, and CanadianNational and complete Tea/Coffee set in superior Condition, NO MONOGRAMS! Masterfully designed, MASSIVE Proportions and Weight! The set is SOLID SILVER with perfectly clear and proper marks. It was crafted before sterling silver and numeric marks were instituted in the US! It\'s guaranteed solid silver 800 or higher. Usually, this kind of Early American silverware is about 900/1000, so very similar to the modern sterling silver!The Set is composed of the: Large Tea / Coffee Pot, Creamer, Covered Sugar Bowl, and Waster / Cookies Bowl. Properly marked New York Sterling!

-The cookies/Waste bowl has a diameter of 7 and 1/4 inches long, it stands 5 and 1/2 inches tall.

-The creamer has a length of 6 and 5/8 inches long (handle to spout), and stands 5 and 3/4 inches tall.

Condition: Very goodto NEAR-PERFECT used estate condition. It\'s REAL ANTIQUEand barely used, looks like displayed only! Items have been preserved for over 200 years with hardly a scratch on them! So RARE especially considering the large size, Clean and Shiny sterling, Lightest scratches only, these items saw hardly any use, NO MONOGRAMS, NO defects! Truly SUPERB lot!
