Wonderful salt cellar and matching spoons in their fitted presentation box. They are gilt over sterling silver. The fitted box is deep cranberry velvet and the top is cream satin. The inside top is marked Mappin & Webb Goldsmiths & silversmiths, 2 Queen Victoria St London EC."
IThe salt cellars stand on 3 feet with ribbed edge. The cellars and spoons are all marked the same. "M&W (Mappin & Webb), crown (Sheiffield), lion passant (Sterling), m (1904)".
Approx 1 1/4" tall salts and the spoons are 2 1/4" long.
Great condition, could use polishing
