$12.25 for USPS Parcel Select with delivery tracking.
$13.50 for USPS Priority Mail with delivery tracking. AK, HI and US Possessions must use Priority Mail.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
Many shoe sales now have \"immediate payment required\" because of prior non-paying buyers. I still combine shipping. If you plan to purchase multiple shoes (sales), send me a message after you purchase the FIRST pair that you want me to wait to ship combined sales. After all purchases, please advise me again and I will then issue a partial refund for excess shipping paid calculated as explained below.
Shoes can be combined for shipping from sales that end within 5 days of the FIRST or earliest sale that you won. An sale that ends 6 days after the first sale you won cannot be combined. Additional shoes in one shipment to the same address will be $6 extra per pair. Boots will be $7 extra per pair. The initial shipping charge will be from the sale with the most expensive (heaviest) shipping, not necessarily the first sale, and then additional charges will be added.
