Art Deco 14k Yellow Gold Figural SCULPTED Flower SPINEL RING sz 6 1/2 Antique Description

Offered for sale is a fantastic cast flower ring with a large 5.91 carat spinel. The stone is 10.6 mm diameter. The ring top is 5/8\" diameter. Very detailed this is a heavy ring, 8.7 grams. Size 6 1/2 and in beautiful condition.

I have tested it with a Presidium gem tester. It is a spinel but I cannot determine if it is \'real\' or lab created.
