This is a matched set of Ridgway Orientalchina soup bowls, circa late 1800\'s / early 1900\'s. These bowls are approximately 9\" in diameter, shallow, scalloped edges with gold trim. They are pale blue transferware with a lovely oriental motif.
These bowls are in remarkably nice condition for their age.No chips or cracks.While they have some wear to the gold rim, it is mostly intact. There are only very faint utensil marks in the bowls. The undersides dohave some crazing and a few age spots, but the tops are beautiful. An elegant set!
