This is a lot of \"5\" (five) booklets/catalogs that contain either articles or items related to the Civil War period. The first is a booklet \"Antiques Price Guide Report\" April 1980, 63 pages, with an 11 page article on Cartes de Visite of the Civil War by Philip Katcher. I have shown scans of the entire article which has many images in it. The remainder of the book has various articles on other antiques. The second is a fixed price catalog \"Civil War Catalog 2006 #29\" by Dave Taylor of Ohio. It has 78 pages with 487 lots. Includes photography, weapons, civil war articles, plus more. I have shown only a portion of the illustrated lots in the sale. *Dave Taylor at this time has a great webpage and sends out frequent email notices with his items for sale....a mini catalog in itself. If you like these things get on his mailing list. The last items are \"Dixie Gun Works, Inc.\" of Tennessee, Spring and Summer 1986. It is a 172 page fixed price catalog with hundreds of lots. (not numbered in order). It\'s about 1/2\" thick with loads of antique rifles, pistols, guns, ammo, and other firearm related materials.***I have added2 moreDixie Gun Works, Inc. catalogs #27 & #28 as I have relisted this lot. #27 is 113 pages and #28 is 165 pages. The lots inside are similar to the other catalog....many illustrations of swords, rifles, pistols and more. Now thereare 5 items for the same money! Only a small portion of the lots are shown in this listing. Lots of Civil War reference material that will keep you reading for hours...maybe days!
