We will hold lots for 5 days from point of sale, if payment is not received within this time we will either re-list or second chance offer on the collection.

COMBINING POSTAGE - We are happy to combine a maximum of 2 weeks sales to help customers save on postage however you will need to send us a message to confirm this is your intention. If we do not receive a message and payment is not received within 5 days your order will be cancelled. If you notify us we will happily hold your previous weeks lots until the end of the next sale and reduce cost of postage accordingly, if payment is then not received within 5 days of the second sale completion date all items will be re-listed on or offered for second chance offer without notice and your order will be cancelled.

FAILING TO PAY AND LATE PAYMENT - It is our policy that if customers continually win lots with Cavalier and don’t pay within our timeframes or repeatedly pay beyond the expected date we will have no choice but to block them from offerding on future sales.
