There’s a little cover at the top/back of the frame that’s on hinges. You just open the cover and slide the photo in. I wish modern frames were this simple to use!

The frame has a good solid weight. It looks to have been well-loved over the years, as all 4 corners have been repaired at some point in time. This is not immediately noticeable when the frame is on display, but you do see them upon close inspection. It also has age-appropriate wear to the gold, and it comes with the glass.

I love it’s delicate scrolls!
