This week we have antique set of 6 very heavy and solid dinner forks made by M.H Wilkens and Sohne. They are done in solid 800 fine silver and are marked on the backs of each of the handles with the hallmark for MH.Wilkens and Sohne, the Crescen moon and crown used in Germany after 1886 and the 800 silever purity mark. They are done in a classic border design that is present on both the font and reverse of each piece, although the backs have beautiful shell designe just where the handle meets the tines portion of the forks on the backs. 

As mentioned this is a very heavy set weighing just over 436 grams in total. Each fork measures 8 3/8\". As you can imagine with an older set such as this, there is some light wear but, they are honestly in excellent condition with very minimal light scratches as you can see from the photos.
