This is a set of 6 demitasse STERLING SILVER spoons in very good condition. They are about 4-3/8 inches long. They are in the classic Hanoverian--rat-tail pattern.
Marked with Rose (Sheffield); Lion Passant (Sterling Standard .925 PURE SILVER); Script Letter L
WEIGHT: Total weight of all 6 spoons is 2.620 troy oz. (81.50 grams); individually, in troy oz., they weigh 0.444, 0.444, 0.442, 0.434, 0.428, 0.427 Please examine the photos and ask if you have any questions.Used: Very Good condition: all have light scratches from use; no dents, no deep scratches, not bent; still beautiful shine.
The box: blue color and gold trim on the outside are all in very good condition. The hinges and clasps work well; what look like very light water stains are on the inside of the silk or satin-like white material; the blue velvet is in very good to excellent condition; the box has a slight musty odor.
