I offer free shipping on most of mybedding items when they are being shipped to an address in the UnitedStates. I ship daily and will ship items within one business day ofpurchase. Most “free shipping” items are shipped by USPS First Class, USPSPriority Mail, USPS Parcel Select, FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground dependingon which service is least expensive from my shipping location and at mydiscretion. Larger items such as pillows, quilts and comforters will mostlikely be shipped by USPS Parcel Select. I am happy to ship quilts andcomforters by USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground if you desire that service.The buyer will be responsible for the difference between the USPS Parcel Selectrate and the buyer’s requested shipping carrier’s rate.

If combined purchase totals over $250.00 policy requires Iplace Signature Confirmation on your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I ship to International addresseson request. I ship by USPS Priority Mail International. PriorityMail International shipments will have a tracking number and are insuredautomatically to a US Postal Service limit. At this time I am unable toship to some parts of Asia and the Russian Federation.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Excellent customer service is mygoal. I accept returns within 14 days of purchase. I cannot accept returns on bedding items suchas sheets, pillowcases, blankets etc that have been removed from the packaging. I do not sell used items. Most fitted sheets are “extra deep” anddesigned to fit mattresses up to 18”. Ifyou do not have a plush mattress the sheets may be bigger than you expect. This is an industry-wide change and I cannotaccept sheets returned because they are too large (which indicates they havebeen on your bed and resultantly, used).I participate in ’s “Managed Returns” program. If a return is desired you may go to the dropdown menu to the right of the item you would like to return and choose “returnthis item”. The program walks youthrough the process and allows you to print a shipping label online. There are very rare occasions that I make amistake in the listing or shipping of an item. Please contact me if this is the case. Full refunds + shipping will be given when Ihave made an error. Most bedding items are labeled with a color by themanufacturer and the color is stated in the description. I will notaccept returns “not as described” for color discrepancies. Computer monitors show colors differently soif you are not sure about something, please ask before you purchase! I am happy to provide clarification andadditional photos if desired. I charge a15% restocking fee on all returned items unless the error was mine. Thisfee is necessary to cover the cost of originally shipping the item to you forfree (shipping paid for by me).
