~DESCRIPTION~

***Letters are priced at $2.69 each (this is the price per letter, not for an entire name)

***Shipping is $6.00 for your entire U.S. order, regardless of the number of letters you get. Order multiple names for bigger savings!

***You may choose from either First Letter Capitalized or All Lowercase. If you would like the full name in capital letters, please use one of our ALL CAPITALS sales.

***The font in the header picture for this sale is Whimsical, but you can also select...Storybook, Block, Chalk, Victorian, Script, Ravie, Jester, Cherie, and Times

***Choose the color you would like from...white, black, brown, khaki, pastel pink, pastel yellow, pastel purple, pastel blue, pastel green, fuchsia, lime green, aqua, primary purple, red, orange, primary yellow, primary green, primary blue, navy, and ivory...Get as many or as few colors as you would like, mix and match to best suit your decor!

***We attach satin ribbons for hanging. Ribbons are available in the same colors as the paints, but do not have to be the same as the letter color. We tie them as bows, but can do "loops" instead (please just be sure to specify this when submitting your details!)

***If you prefer a "floating" look, you may request nail holes drilled in the backs (holes not visible from the front; nails not included).

***The height of each letter is based on the size of the capitals. The lowercase letters are shorter than the height listed in the sale so that they will be proportionate based on the rules of the individual font.

***These are wooden, made from 1/2" thick Baltic Birch ply, so some wood grain may be visible.

***If you would like a different size, font, or unpainted letters, please see our other items. If you know specifically what you're looking for, just ask, and I'll send you the item number.


~TO PLACE YOUR ORDER~

Change the number in the quantity box to the total number of letters you need, then continue as you normally would.

For example… If you need “Ben”, that’s 3 letters. If you need “Ben” and “Bailey”, that’s 9 letters total.

Once the order is in, please send a message including the following...
1. name/letters (please type them case sensitive, this listing is not for ALL CAPITALS)
2. font
3. letter color(s)
4. either ribbon colors or nail holes (sorry, but we cannot accommodate for both)

~PRODUCTION TIME~

All Letters are made to order, so please allow 3-5 weeks for production from the time your full payment and all details are received.

We are working as hard as we can to shorten this time frame, and will get your order out as quickly as possible. Look at it this way though…would we be this busy if we weren’t this popular with a great product at a great price?!

We produce and sell, literally, thousands of letters per month. There are only two of us doing the work! Please keep this in mind when leaving response and Detailed Seller Ratings (Stars), and rate us based on the shipping time promised above. We are assuming you have read the entire sale prior to placing your order, and therefore, are agreeing to the posted terms.

~SHIPPING~

***Shipping within the U.S. is $6.00 for the entire order. They are sent Priority Mail and generally take 2-3 Business Days transit time.

***We ship to the address included with your PayPal payment, unless otherwise instructed. Please take a moment to ensure that the information we receive is current and correct!!!

Canadian Buyers…

***Shipping to Canada is based on total package weight and will ship First-Class Mail. For your rate, change the number in the quantity box to the total number of letters you need, enter your Postal Code, and then hit “Get Rate”.

***Again, we ship to the address included with your PayPal payment unless otherwise instructed. Please take a moment to ensure that the information we receive is current and correct!!! The buyer is responsible for any Duty and Customs charges.

***Shipping to Canada TYPICALLY takes about 2 weeks, but can be shorter or longer depending on how long they take to get through Customs. We have no control over this, so please do not hold us responsible for these possible delays.

Our “company” is just I and my husband. We decided to start this business so we could both stay home with our children. We do all of the work ourselves…cutting, painting, packaging, shipping, messaging, etc… If we have made a mistake, please keep in mind that we’re all human and capable of a mistake from time to time.
