This lot has a great deal of variety. There are some very nice batches of yardage of lace, trims, and a huge number of special cutsof lace and trims, piled high! Includes Brussels lace, antique \"frogs\" on card from Germany, eyelet yardage, lace collars, wide variety of trims, in white and colors, andnice size pieces of antique ecru netting, both plain and dotted.

Some lace and trim wound up on cards and rolls...re Cards: each separate color/type on a card counts as an individual item.

Her handwork is beautiful...When first unpacking the whole collection, I thought some special articles of doll clothing she made were original (19th century) and I\'ve worked with antique clothing and dolls for decades. The family wishes to honor their mother\'s memory by making a large percentage of this huge collection available to doll lovers around the world. We\'ve been reviewing and sorting itemsfrom more than 20 storage boxes,from cabinets and from closets, over several weeks. A real thrill.

Every lot sold has a nice amount of yardage as well as some selected shorter pieces...no fragments or snippets.
No items have been washed...they\'ve been stored very carefully but are very old. Washing, ironing and other handling left to buyer\'s discretion.

Some pieces may have marks from age, where tape/price has been retained on the item, occasionally from a pin that held a tag and other small imperfections. Do not expect perfection throughout the lot; pieces have patina and charm!
