Not sure of the model year. It is ashort wheel base racing frame in decent ridable/buildable condition. It is a used bicycle frame and has the scratches and wearassociated with that. Please look at the pictures closely to judge condition.Comes with the following picturedcomponents to get you through the project stage sooner: Cinelli bars,Cinelli stem, Campagnolo headset, Shimano bottom bracket and San Marco saddle. If you enjoy riding older racing bikes as I do, this could build a great bike! Shortwheelbasegreat for city riding.

64cm CTT. Frame is marked 64 with imprint at bottom of bottom bracket. 59cm top tube. 126 rear spacing. Wheel base is approx 100cm. (Horizontal dropouts)
