#65 with a Washington, D.C. DLC and target cancel to an extremely rare "Tract House" patriotic design in black featuring a Scripture Rebus Boxed Picture Puzzle. The cover is in fine condition, but there is some staining and wear. This design is not in Walcott, but is in the Nutmeg/Bischel sale, lot 3014 mand is quite rare, there are only 2 recorded examples.
