#65(faulty) tied by a Washington, D.C. CDS cancel to a very rare Upham design(W210) with nine portraits of President Lincoln and the members of his cabinet inovals with a shield and crossed Flags in the center. #65 is slightly reduced on the bottom left. The cover is in Fine condition but is reduced on the right, has edge faults& repairs around the edges.
