These headlights came off a 1991 FORD F250 Lariat. They are in good shape, no major scratches, whole assembly intact, chrome frame is clean and in good shape. The lenses are yellowing, but could easily be refinished to a clear shine. I used 1500 grit sandpaper and toothpaste on mine and they came out surprisingly clear and bright.

They do not come with the headlight bulbs.
