We use a bar-coded label with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION on every domestic package where at least $2.00 has been paid for shipping. This is not the same as TRACKING. It cannot tell us where the package is or when it will be delivered . It is only scanned ONCE when it is delivered. It is not scanned when we drop the packages off at the post office .
