Chinese -清朝 (Qing Dynasty)-dating from the 19th century.Hand carved and finished from a single section of natural spinach jade hard-stone.
The washer has been created in the form of a lotus - buds and stems surround the central pad. The corner areas of the lotus are curving inward, creating a natural bowl.
The interior and underside are carved with leaf vein detailing - images 9 -12 above.
Overall height - 1 5/8\" (42mm), max width - 4 5/8\" (117mm).
Weight: 158 grams.
Condition: Fair - Good. No cracks or significant losses. Minor chips and wear associated with genuine age and usage. No restoration. Fine natural colour and patina.
