The napkin s are in excellent condition with beaded rims, herringbone engine turned decoration, unengraved cartouches and good shape. The case has deterioration to the inner purple silk lining, due to age . A good hinge and closure and one or two knocks to the rims of the tooled leather. Hallmarks for 1897. Silversmith probably William Summers. Silver weight 41 gms,1.45 oz. Diameter 1.5 x 1.0 inch
