A Victorian Burr Walnut Stationery Standish Box

This writing slope is veneered in pretty burr walnut,

the box has been embelished with decorative gothic brass work,

there is a domed topped stationery box at the back that when the top is open

it reveals a partitioned stationery rack with a marble paper on the inside of the top.

there are two brass topped ink wellswith a pen well,

at the front is a drawer with a wooden turned knob

and the standish sits on four brass feet

This standish is in great condition with a lovely finish .

32cm x 27.5cm x 24cm

All items are described to the best of my knowledge , all items are antique and will show signs of

age due to the age of the items some would have had restoration.
