For sale today we have this Large & Impressive Royal Doulton Lambeth Art Nouveau Bowl by Mark V Marshall for The Art Union of London. A very crisp, striking design that features four bold cobalt blue and white Art Nouveau floral designs atop whiplash foliage to the outer body. This design is repeated on a band to the inner rim while the outer rim has an enamel beadwork border. The inside of the bowl has a wonderful marbled glaze effect. Measures22 cm in dia x 10cm tall. Stamped with Royal Doulton Lambeth, Art Union of London and numbered 2076- Incised mark \"HH\" for Harriet Hibbet. Mark Marshall\'s monogram is not present but this is a known design of his. He created a series of 3 different bowls for the Art Union with a similar design (I am listing one of the others separately).

A striking bowl that is presented to the market in perfect condition.This bowl would make a fine addition to any serious Doulton collection.
