A RARE PORCELAIN KHAKI ROYAL DOULTON BULLDOG SCOTTISH SOLDIER WWI (1917-1918):

A beautiful and rare khaki-colored porcelain made in 1917 by theBritish brand Royal Doulton . It ‘s a seated bulldog wearing the uniform of a soldier of World WarI of a Scottish military corps recognizable by the distinctive basque said TamO\'Shanter with the badge of the battalion and the kilt, as well as a shoulderbag and a small pouch on the right side. Under the base there is the RoyalDoulton mark of the period 1902/1922, the code 663.408 and the label of afamous Italian antiquarian and watchmaker active between the end of the 19th centuryand the first half of 20th. Measure 7,0 inch. (18 cm.) in height, 8,8 inch. (22.5 cm. ) on the side and 4,7 (cm. 12 ) of width.
A very rare subject in excellent condition and without damage or restoration.

Unabellissima e rara porcellana color khaki realizzata nel 1917 dal marchio inglese Royal Doulton. Si tratta di uncane bulldog seduto che indossa la divisa da soldato della Prima GuerraMondiale di un corpo militare scozzese riconoscibile dal caratteristico basco detto TamO\'Shanter con il distintivo del battaglione e dal kilt , oltre a una bisaccia atracolla e un piccolo marsupio sul lato destro. Sotto la base riporta il marchio Royal Doultondel periodo 1902 / 1922 , il codice 663.408 e l’etichetta di un famoso antiquario eorologiaio italiano attivo tra fine ‘800 e la prima metà del 1900. Misura cm. 18 di altezza , cm. 22,5 di lato ecm. 12 di larghezza.

Un rarissimo soggetto in ottime condizioni e senza danni o restauri.
