A Large Inlaid Islamic Copper Pot

This Pot is hand made from copper,

there has been a decorative Islamic design carved into the copper,

this has then been inlaid with silver and this has also been carved,

the pot has Arabic Script in the design ,

this type of work is know as Mamluk or Cairoware that was made in Syria

the better work coming from Damascus workshops,

the work on this pot is of the best quality

The pot is in great condition with a lovely finish

30cm x 30cm x 29cm.

All items are described to the best of my knowledge , all items are antique and will show signs of

age and due to the age of the items some would have had restoration.
