Offered for sale is this very attractive 19th century Victorian opening visiting card case having a diamond shaped mother of pearl decoration and an attractive silver (blank)shieldcartouche on the front lid, see photos.The opening hinge and closing clasp work fine.Please note the flash photography has accentuated thepinks and greens in the mother of pearl in real life these colours are moresubdued and attractive.

The condition of the case is really good with no major damage, cracks, chips, missing or lose mother of pearl; the internal valour lining is present
