This is a lovely caster, in superb clean condition, as is it\'s silver plating, apart from a couple of minor dings that look worse in the photo but all commensurate with age and usage.The solid silver versions commands a very high premium, so this one is a lovely example to impress your friends at a fraction of the cost, and ideal for sprinkling sugar on your Strawberry\'s at high tea.

PS Silver is very difficult tophotograph because it\'s reflection picks up the photographer, hence any tinging.Also, these items are not new, most are over 100 years old, some 200 and over, so will have some defects, unless they had a charmed life.
