A Superb Antique, Solid Silver, Dutch Sugar Caddy Spoon, Dutch Hallmarked, 925 Silver, year mark for 1868, imported into UK by T.C. & S (sons) Ltd. in 1924.
This is a beautiful small spoon, with a shovel shape, the inner shovel is die stamped, depicting Dutch people in their traditional costume of the period, the pierced criss-cross stem topped by a cockerel, making this a great novelty collectors piece, or would make a lovely christening or wedding gift etc. The spoon is 3\" in length, and the silver weight is: 19g.

PS Silver is very difficult tophotograph because it\'s reflection picks up the photographer, hence any tinging.Also, these items are not new, most are over 100 years old, some 200 and over, so will have some defects, unless they had a charmed life.
