The Bolognese construction is a very particular construction that guarantees an exclusive, unbeatable flexibility and comfort. In fact a very soft goat lining is applied by hand to the upper and it embraces the foot like a glove; this allows great elasticity to the shoe in the front part while a more rigid conformation is used for the back thanks to the use of a dedicated sole for assembly so that the heel is supported correctly. This technique was developed thanks to traditional workmanship, passed down from one generation of artisans to another in Bologna and perfected in the fifties
