Korea,Joseon dynasty, 19th century or older.
Painted on silk with bright mineral pigment and realgold, some area of painting is
overlapped by the frame.
It’s invery fine condition with original bright mineral pigments with gold,
itmeasures 31cm h. x 23cm d. -painting only, and
the framemeasures 30cm h. x 21.7 d. cm inner and 54.7cmh. x 50.5cm d. outer frame.
***Please note; Thisframe came from a Park Soo Keun’s oil paintingoriginally which owner
who was mentally disorder and destroyed Park’s oilpainting, and later this painting’s owner used it for
the guardian warriorpainting unfortunately, so it’s not to fit quite well
for this painting.
