A very old and unusual find from the Bamileke peoples of the Cameroon grasslands, West Africa. Such beaded heads are known as \"Atwozen\"and were consideredreplacements for actual skulls and human heads taken in battle. This beaded head was hand made from woven fiber and glass beads. You will rarely find such objects on the market, in my 25 years, this is the only one I have come across and have had the pleasure to offer my loyal clientele.
