A pretty vintage 9ct gold double head cameo shell brooch, fully hallmarked in Birmingham in 1980 with the makers mark. The mount has a rope style rim, locking brooch pin at the back, and has its safety chain. Very good quality, in excellent condition with no damage, and I doubt if think it\'s been used much. Size 40mm x 30mm and weighs 11.8gms.
