A pair sterling silver Candlesticks.
Modelled as Corinthian Column\'s .
The fluted Column\'s terminating in capitals decorated with Acanthus leaves and chandelles.
( Wisps of flame )Removable sconces.
Thus allowing for easy cleaning of spent wax ,when immersed in boiling water.
All made from heavy gauge silver.Maker\'s mark;
James Dixson & son\'s

All the components are Hallmarked .Gross weight;
1077 grms

Height 210 mm each ( 8 1/4 inches )
Base 110 mm square No hole\'s or repairs.
Some very small bruises to the stems (hardly visible really)

Underneath, the bases have new green felt replacements.
