AMAZING ANTIQUE SET INLAID FRENCH LOUIS PROVINCIAL PAIR END TABLES COFFEE TABLE:

RARE,set of 3, veryelaborate tables. Dating to around 1920, the set is in the Louis XV style.The tables are walnut with extraordinary carved aprons, legs and pie crusts. The tablesalso feature very intricate inlaid designs, both on the table tops as well as on the aprons. The end tables have lyre shaped inlaid tops and a floral inlayon the front side of the apron. They also have pie crust trim around the back third of the tops. The kidney shaped coffee table features a large inlaid top with an inlaid section on both the front and back side of the apron. The pie crust feature is found at both ends of the table. The tables have exceptional aprons withreticulated wood sections. The legsare beautifully carved as well. The tables have cabriole feet. The set is quite wonderful. It is in very good condition with some evidence of age/use. The tops have a couple of areas of slight wear with a few nicks around the edges. The pie crusts are both tacked and glued to the table and, because of the age and shrinkage,you can see where these sections come together. There is also on area on one of theend tables that has a small break in the reticulated section. This is very haveto discern as this pattern is quite busy and the break is not glaring (see photo 11).NONE OF THESE ISSUES ARE SEVERE OR DISTRACTING AND THE SET IS VERY NICE. The tablesdo not have a manufacturer\'s mark or stamp. They retain the old, flat screws that were used in their construction. This is a remarkable set! ALL OF THE PIECES HAVE CUSTOM CUT AND FITTED GLASS TOPS WHICH ARE ORIGINAL TO THE TABLES TO PROTECT THE INLAID TOPS.

The side tables measure 28\" tall, 22.25 wide and are 18.5 deep. The coffee table is 19\" tall, 47.25\" long and 26.5\" wide.
