Oblong,with rounded ends and engine turning,the cover chased with a beautiful horse cart run by four horses with Royal coat of arms and \"GR\" & \" NO. 54\" marks on the carriage.

On the cover a single hallmark of lion.

The beautiful scene of 4 horses\' carriage running on the road with some royal family member passing through the village as shown by georgian houses,mountains and trees, natural beautiful seen of rising sun behind the mountains also miles stone(with mark \"XX\") shown.

On the thumb-piece cast two hunting dogs are pursuit of a rabbit depicted with natural hunting scene.
