We are pleased to offer an ancient Egyptian ushabti shabti turquoise faience God of Neferthum figure, made circa 400 BC.
Height: 21/8\", with stand: 31/4\".
Attractive turquoise faience fragment of the bearded God of Neferthum on lion figure, mounted on wood platform. With some fine detail in face and body. A hole at the back of the head indicates this piece may have served as a jewelry pendant.Offered in as found condition, as a fragment,with chips, and possible restoration, please refer to photos.>One of a small group of ancient antiquities acquired from a California estate collection which we are offering on this week.
