Anri Carved wooden Wine Bottle Cork Stopper
These Anri wooden hand carved characters were created to resemble people thatwere either related, friends or acquaintances that lived in the same or nearby village.
Old stock - Unused - Stamped \"made in Italy\"All of our Anri collections have never been cleaned or polished.Original unused corks unless noted.
Unusual, Stout, Large Nose Couple - Non Mechanical.measures 4\" long (including the cork) 1 3/4\" wide at the shoulders.The gentleman is wearing a flat Teal hat & brown suit with an ivory double breasted button down shirt,green tie.He has a slice on the bottom of his cork.The woman is wearing a Teal bonnet & a Brown dress with ivory collar.There a few white painted dabs, these are not damages but part of the painting design on their clothing.
I don\'t know about you... but these two look like they could be brother and sister....she looks happy, he looks a bit grumpy...lol I have a brother like that LOLBe they brother & sister, cousins or a married couple...................They are my favorite!
