I have high confidence - after researching this - that this watch was made for Tiffany & Co by Patek Philippe. There is the potence under the dial, the shapes of the bridges, and the serial number that all point towards a Patek product. This watch is winding, setting and running fine.

No dents. The dust cover has a glass to show the movement. The slip fit dial is free of hairlines - just one very short scratch near the center. The hour hand has some slight bends. The covers do not open past 90 degrees and they close correctly. The hinges are good. The bow is still stiff. The winding crown does show a bit of wear.

The case diameter approx. 50mm excluding pendant. The weight of the watch is 96.9 grams. This watch is still in excellent condition considering the vintage.
