Antique 18th Century Rare Dutch Gilded Solid Silver large tea caddy with beautifully cast rams head handles and an acorn shaped finial. The caddy stands on a decorative pierced base with a repeating floral boarder. Hallmarked Dutch silver, Amsterdam, year 1770-1790 (L), Makers mark partially rubbed.

Condition

The tea caddy has two splits along the top rim, a split along the base and gilding is worn in places.
