    Antique 18th Century rare Georgian Solid Silver lidded Tankard, of tapering form, richly parcel gilt, with applied girdle, domed cover, scroll handle, the body profusely chased with scrolls and flowers, the front is engraved with a memorial inscription \"2nd Leicestershire R.V. Corps Prize for Rifle Shooting (...) 1861\". As often the case for such Georgian tankards the chasing is made in the Victorian era, probably contemporary to the inscription that turned the tankard in a shooting trophy.

    Each part is Hallmarked English Silver (925 standard), London, year 1743 (h), Maker\'s mark H.B (Henry Great condition - No  18cm
