THIS GILT BRONZE BOX IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE ITS ORIGINAL MAROON VELVET LINING. THE BOX HAS LOVELY HIGH RELIEF DECORATIVE MOTIFS THAT INCLUDE CHERUBS, FLOWERS AND FLOWING LEAF BRANCHES. IN THE CENTER OF THE FRONT AND BACK PANELS THERE IS AN OVAL RAISED RELIEF PORTRAIT OF A WOMAN\'S FACE.

THE BOX HAS ITS ORIGINAL KEY AND THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX IS MARKED \"A.B. PARIS\"THIS GILT BRONZE BOX MEASURES APPROXIMATELY: 9\" WIDE
