Antique 19th Century rare Victorian Solid Silver Salver tray, eaxtremely large size and heavy gauge, of shaped-circular form with applied cast scroll border with flowers and bunches of grapes, beautifully engraved with scrolling leaves, the centre bearing a memorial inscription: \"The Gift Of The North Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, October 12 1842, A faithful discharge of Duty is the true basis of honor, John Hett Esq.re\", a family crest above.
Hallmarked English Silver (925 standard), London, year 1842 (G), Maker\'s mark IET (J E Terrey & Co).
