Here\'s a very vintage, petite pair of precious pooches, probably terriers--one black, one white--perfect for posing in your display, dollhouse, roombox, or with your little dolls, French fashions, or . . . Bleuette! I saw similar ones described as Fripons for our favorite Frenchy, and it\'s nice that they are far older than the Restoration Hardware canines we desperately sought several years ago.

Pair has no country of origin mark, but look European. German? French? \"Fur\" is silky and complete. Each is 2 5/8\" tall, 3\" long and 1\" wide. The black pup is a bit stouter than his white counterpart--in face, girth, tail. They\'re light in weight, so probably are papier mache, covered in (synthetic?) fur of some sort. Black dog has two ears; white, just one. Ears have pink lining. Black celluloid eyes and noses give each a realistic look with such cute expressions! Harnesses are dark red, of thin leather or leather-like material, with silvery buttons and rings. Silky braided cord connects the dogs at the rings, but cord could easily could be removed so the dogs could pose separately. Dogs are clean and odor-free. Please see the larger-than-life photos, and feel free to ask any questions before offerding. sale is for dogs only. Dolls are merely modeling, seeking a brief moment of celebrity.
