Antique Aladin France Country French Floral Pottery Inkwell Quill Holder

Estate Piece! A lovely antique \"Aladin\", France country french pottery inkwell, quill holder. Beautiful colors of cobalt blue, golden yellow, burgundy red and green on a white glaze floral and stripes in a country motif, scallop edge, square with a center hole with a top for the ink and four holes to hold the quills, 4\" by 4\", footed, 3.25\" high with top, hallmarked \"Aladin France\", \"2490\", \"1009\". In great condition, light crazing near the ink hole, missing inside ink holder, a couple of rough spots on the rim and a chip under the top with rough spot on top of the knob, overall very striking! A charming french country inkwell for your desk or inkwell collection.
