Description
Antique Arranbee My Dream Baby doll
Eyes: Sleepy, blue glass eyes
Head: Flange, bisque, domed
Hair: Lightly molded blonde hair
Lashes: Upper and lower painted lashes, with very light painted brows
Mouth: Pink lips, closed mouth
Body: Cloth body, arms and legs with composition hands
Size: 18\" long
Markings: Back of the neck is marked, \"Germany Arranbee 4.\"
Clothes: The dress appears quite old, but I am unsure if it is original to the doll. She also has a cotton under dress and petticoat, as well as a fabric diaper, long socks and knit booties. The only two pieces that appear to be old are the dress and under dress.
Special attributes: doll has a voicebox but it is not working. She also has a vintage rattle in her hand.
The doll is in overe all great condition with only a few minor noteworthy flaws. The eyes don\'t quite close all the way when the doll is laying on its back. There are a few very light marks on the doll\'s head. The wax on his eyelids needs to be properly cleaned as they have browned just a little with age. She has some scuffs to the paint on her hands. The original dress is in overall great condition but has a little discoloration from age. I am unable to remove the dress for fear of damaging it, but the body appears to be in great condition with normal wear from age. Close up photos provided for your inspection.

To protect the eyes, cotton balls will be placed over the eyes and a layer of bubble wrap will be wrapped around to hold the cotton balls in place. If the wig is loose, and we are able, we will stuff the head with tissue. Any plastic, celluloid, composition or bisque parts will be covered in bubblewrap. If you have an alternative shipping method you would like us to use, please contact us prior to shipment and we will be happy to oblige if we are able.
